ABOUT THE EVENT

Presented by The St. Joseph Bands and Guests, Cereal City Concert Band to Benefit the St. Joseph Band Program.

DATE/TIME: Monday, March 15, 2010 – 6:30

“MUSIC THROUGH THE AGES” - Music and the arts are an important part of our everyday life, and in this case, an opportunity for you to have an evening of great entertainment and benefit the St. Joseph Band Program.

The Cereal City Concert Band, recently dubbed “The best kept secret in the area,” under the direction of Maestro Ed Zentera will be performing a fun, special evening of music on Monday, March 15, at 6:30 p.m. in the St. Joseph Gymnasium. Also performing will be the 5th, 6th and 7th/8th Grade Bands with great pride for their Band Program.

The program will consist of toe tappers and music enjoyable for all ages. In relationship to the name of the program, the “entertainers” in the program will range from ages 10-70. And the price is a mere $3.00 per person or maximum of $10.00 per family. All proceeds to benefit the St. Joseph Band Program.

Come out to the St. Joseph School Gymnasium on Monday, March 15 to spend an evening of great music and support the St. Joseph Band program, also in their quest to purchase a bass clarinet. Another thought… “God gave us music so that we might pray without words.”
