ABOUT THE EVENT
Digital Arts, Film & Television (DAFT) is now accepting entries for the 42nd annual Michigan Student Film & Video Festival (MSF&VF) and welcomes all K-12 students throughout Michigan to enter their creative work. The American Film Institute recognizes the MSF&VF as the oldest running festival of its kind in the country.
The Festival will be held at the Detroit Film Theatre on Saturday, April 24th from 10am to 3pm. A number of the high school Best of Show winners will be invited to attend the Michigan Youth Arts Festival.
Submission categories for MSF&VF include:
Commercial/Station ID; Public Service Announcements; Documentary/Event; Artistic/Experimental; General Entertainment; News/Magazine Program; Video/Computer Graphics; Sports; Music Video; Animation; Instructional; Comedy.
Entry Forms are available at www.daftonline.org.
